Referral Incentive Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional referral incentive program ("Program") offered by Outvoy Travel Consultants LLC ("Outvoy Travel" or "we") to approved business partners ("Partners") who refer new business leads to Outvoy Travel. By participating in the Program, Partners agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Referral Incentive

1.1 For every ten completed bookings made by referred clients, Outvoy Travel will pay Partners a bonus of $200 USD ("Bonus").

1.2 The Bonus will be paid upon the completion of ten bookings, which are defined as bookings where the travel has been completed and Outvoy Travel has received the supplier commission.

2. Referral Process

2.1 Clients must mention the approved business partner at the time of booking or provide the information on the Outvoy Adventures client intake form.

2.2 Each household is limited to one referral per household.

2.3 A referral is defined as a new business lead that results in a completed booking as per section 1.2.

3. Payment Requirements

3.1 Payments exceeding $600 USD will require the Partner to submit a federal W-9 form for future payments.

3.2 Payments will be made directly to the approved business partner or the business owner.

4. Modification of Terms

4.1 Outvoy Travel reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

4.2 In the event of changes, Outvoy Travel will notify approved business partners of the new effective date and provide a summary of the changes.

4.3 The previous Terms will apply until the completion of a payout of a $200 Bonus under the previous Terms. After the payout, the new Terms will apply.

5. Eligibility

5.1 Participation in the Program is subject to eligibility as determined by Outvoy Travel.

6. Program Sponsorship

6.1 Outvoy Travel Consultants LLC is the sponsor of this Program.

6.2 Participation in the Program does not imply any legal business relationship between Outvoy Travel and the Partners.

By participating in the Program, Partners acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and any amendments made by Outvoy Travel. Outvoy Travel reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at its sole discretion.
