When a client needs travel assistance, recommend Outvoy Adventures.

They can mention your business name or provide your referral code when booking with us.

Our team takes care of the travel planning, reservations, and ongoing customer service. There's nothing additional for your business to manage.

Once your client's travel is complete and Outvoy Adventures receives its commission, your qualifying referral reward is credited to your account.

Rewards are paid monthly through ACH direct deposit once your available balance reaches $40.

Great partnerships deserve great rewards! Our Business Referral Program is designed to reward you for connecting your clients with Outvoy Adventures. The more qualifying bookings you refer, the more you can earn.

• 1–4 Qualifying Bookings Per Quarter:
  Earn $25 for each completed booking.
• 5 or More Qualifying Bookings Per Quarter:
  Earn $50 for each completed booking.

The best part? Once you reach five qualifying bookings in a calendar quarter, the $50 rate applies to every qualifying booking that quarter—including your first four!

Refer three honeymoon couples who complete their trips in the same quarter, and you'll earn $75. Refer five couples, and your reward increases to $250!

It's an easy way to generate additional revenue by connecting your clients with travel planning services they'll love.

Know someone planning a destination wedding, family reunion, group cruise, or another group getaway?

You could earn an additional $150 group booking bonus when a qualifying reservation includes:

• Five or more cabins or staterooms, OR
• A total booking value of $15,000 or more.

The group bonus is added to your regular referral reward, meaning you could earn $175–$200 from a single qualifying group booking!

Referral rewards are subject to program eligibility requirements, completed travel, and a maximum payout of 25% of Outvoy Adventures' net commission per booking. See the full Business Referral Program Terms & Conditions for details.

We want our partnerships to be transparent, straightforward, and rewarding for everyone involved.

The following terms explain how the program operates.

Participation is open to approved businesses that register for the Outvoy Adventures Business Referral Program and accept its terms.

To qualify for a referral reward:

• The referred customer must be new to Outvoy Adventures and must not have previously booked travel with us.
• The booking must have a gross value of at least $1,000.
• The customer must complete their travel, and Outvoy Adventures must receive the applicable supplier commission.
• The referral must be properly attributed to the participating business.
• Only one referral credit is permitted per household. Duplicate referrals do not qualify.
• Customers must identify their referring business within 10 days after booking.
• Partners cannot earn referral rewards on their own personal travel.

Outvoy Adventures reserves the right to verify referral eligibility before issuing rewards.

Eligible referral rewards are calculated according to the following quarterly schedule:

• 1–4 qualifying bookings: $25 per booking.
• 5 or more qualifying bookings: $50 per booking, applied to all qualifying bookings for that calendar quarter.

A qualifying group booking may earn an additional $150 bonus when it includes at least five cabins or staterooms or has a gross booking value of $15,000 or more.

Total rewards for any individual booking, including applicable bonuses, cannot exceed 25% of Outvoy Adventures' net commission on that booking.

For purposes of this program, net commission means the commission Outvoy Adventures retains after its host agency's share.

Rewards are credited after the referred customer's travel is completed and Outvoy Adventures receives its supplier commission.

Rewards are paid monthly through ACH bank transfer once the partner's available balance reaches $40.

If a booking is canceled, refunded, or charged back, any associated unpaid referral reward will be removed. Previously paid rewards may be subject to recovery where applicable.

Our partners play an important role in introducing clients to Outvoy Adventures.

We ask that participating businesses:

• Recommend Outvoy Adventures honestly and accurately.
• Clearly disclose their financial referral relationship when recommending our services.
• Use the disclosure language provided by Outvoy Adventures.
• Refer customers directly to Outvoy Adventures for travel-related questions, quotes, and reservations.
• Refrain from quoting travel prices, accepting reservations, or collecting payments on behalf of Outvoy Adventures.

Your role is to make the introduction. Our role is to handle the travel.

Participation does not establish an employment, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship.

Partners remain independent businesses and do not have authority to act on behalf of Outvoy Adventures.

By registering, partners confirm they are authorized to accept referral compensation on behalf of their business and agree to notify us if that authorization changes.

Outvoy Adventures operates as an independent travel agency affiliated with KHM Travel Group.

This referral program is offered and administered exclusively by Outvoy Adventures.

All referral rewards are paid from Outvoy Adventures' own funds.

Participating businesses:

• Do not receive access to KHM Travel Group systems or credentials.
• Have no claim to commissions payable by KHM Travel Group.
• Are not representatives, employees, or agents of KHM Travel Group.
• May not use KHM Travel Group's name, branding, or logo in promotional materials without written permission.

Participation in this program does not create any contractual relationship between the referral partner and KHM Travel Group.

All participating businesses must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving referral payments.

Payments may be withheld until satisfactory tax documentation has been received.

Outvoy Adventures will issue Form 1099-NEC and file applicable federal and state information returns when required by law.

For payments made during the calendar year 2026, the federal Form 1099-NEC reporting threshold is $2,000 in aggregate annual reportable payments. This threshold is subject to inflation adjustments in subsequent years.

When federal backup withholding is required, Form 1099-NEC reporting may be necessary regardless of the annual payment amount.

Partners are responsible for reporting referral income and paying applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Backup withholding may apply when required by law.

Partners must promptly notify Outvoy Adventures of changes to their legal business name, taxpayer identification number, or tax classification.

Outvoy Adventures may modify the Business Referral Program with at least 30 days' notice.

Changes will apply to referrals made on or after the effective date of the updated terms.

Either party may terminate participation with 30 days' written notice.

Any earned and unpaid referral rewards will be paid during the next applicable monthly payment cycle, subject to program requirements.

The Outvoy Adventures Business Referral Program is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
