2.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using our services or making bookings through us.

3. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS, AND FEES

3.1 Bookings: All travel bookings are subject to the availability and terms of the third-party service providers. Outvoy Travel is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or service interruptions caused by these providers.

3.2 Deposits: Certain bookings may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be disclosed to you at the time of booking.

3.3 Changes and Cancellations:

• You may request changes or cancellations to your booking, but all modifications are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

• Cancellation fees may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. Outvoy Travel may also charge an administrative fee for managing booking changes or cancellations.

3.4 Refunds:

• Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the terms of the service provider. In some cases, refunds may take several weeks to process. Outvoy Travel is not liable for delays or denials of refunds by third-party providers.

• Our service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. REFERRAL PROGRAM

4.1 If you participate in our referral program, the terms outlined in the Referral Incentive Program Terms and Conditions will apply.

4.2 Referral bonuses are earned only for completed bookings that meet the criteria outlined in those terms.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Outvoy Travel or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
